Cancellation Policy
At Prime Finish Services, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fair scheduling for all clients and to respect our team’s time, we kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a service charge of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
